Getting a quote can be as easy as sending a picture of the damage your wanting fixed to 519476-7603 or emailing to admin@dentsondemandpdr.com.
If your wanting a hail damaged car assessed, A mobile technician can be sent to your home or workplace to complete a quote.
We will need to take photos of the damage, ODO and VIN of your vehicle. A technician will take your details and assess the number of dents on each panel, roof, bonnet etc as needed.
To speed up the process of getting your car fixed, we recommend you make a claim prior to getting the quote done. Once we have a claim number we can submit our quote and wait for approval from your insurance company.

When you call your insurance company and make your claim, you can ask for Dents on Demand to complete the repairs. Many insurance companies have their own recommended repairers and may want you to get a second quote by there recommended repairers
Once we have completed our quote and assessed the damage we will submit our quote and follow up with the insurance claim. Once approval for repairs is finalised we will then contact the customer to book in for repairs.

Excess free up to $500 means, we will pay your excess up to $500. For example if your excess is $1,000.00 you will only be out of pocket $300 for getting your car fixed.
Some insurance companies require customers to pay their excess up front. In those cases we will reimburse the customer once they have dropped the vehicle/s off for repairs.
